My Gay Paris advise you : Paris Summer Sales are here, get ready

You have until the end of July to find the best deals. We thought it would be the best occasion to recommend a few shops, department stores, boutiques, designer outlets we like. They clear out items from the previous season.

Fleux’
39 et 52 rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie [Metro: Hôtel de Ville]
Solde1

Spread over nearly 350 square metres, Fleux offers a plethora of decorative and colourful design pieces. Opened in 2005, (the) boutique focuses on 2 key concepts: the superfluous and the luxurious. So rather than practical flat pack, expect to find anything from ceramic owls to green deer heads and paper lanterns…

Les Dessous d’Apollon
15 Rue du Bourg Tibourg [Metro 1: Hôtel de Ville, Saint-Paul]

Solde2

Get ready for the beach with the latest and the trendiest swimsuits for the summer.
This is the place to find with brands such as ES, Aussie Bums, Andrew Christian or Addicted. There are more than 3,000 different references in all sizes. Get your shine on, you’ll be the queen of the beach.

BHV Homme
26 Rue de la Verrerie [Metro: Hôtel de Ville]

Solde3

The department store for men on 4 levels: clothes, shoes, accessories and perfumes (on the ground level). The place is packed on the first Wednesday of the sales but then it’s fine. And of course it is very gay frequented – you could even end up finding more than what you originally came for!

Les Mots à la Bouche
6 Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie [Metro 1: Hôtel de Ville, Saint-Paul]

Solde4

Not quite sure the gay and lesbian bookstore will have any big sales going on but it is always a very good place to stop by. There something reassuring about “Les Mots à la Bouche”; you’ll always find a great book you would have never found anywhere else. For those of us who don’t really ready books, there are plenty of illustrated international magazines as well!

Boy’z Bazaar
5 Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie [Metro 1: Hôtel de Ville, Saint-Paul]

Solde5

It feels like this shop has always been there. It is the gay fashion shop in the Marais, where you would have surely found the best outfit for a Saturday night after Pride. The outfit that obviously tells which team you’re playing for… A little too gay some may say but still in the trend.
